I worked with Martha for majority of my supervision hours. Martha set the foundation on what an LCSW does especially in the medical/hospice setting. She brought in life experiences and work experiences for a well rounded supervision session. I brought my interest to her and she helped facilitate an experience that will help me make informed decisions regarding my career choices. I worked with her during individual and group supervision and I received unique training that shaped my view on social work. I appreciated Martha's perspective and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a supervisor.

It was a pleasure to have Martha as a supervisor. There is something special about Martha due to her ability to impact people on multiple levels. During the time I received Martha’s guidance and direction I was impacted both professionally and personally. This is beneficial as the two aspects of life are separate but connected. Within business, we strive to separate our personal and professional lives. However, our personal state of being will ultimately help or hinder our professional success. As a thorough and caring supervisor, Martha used her skillset to guide my understanding of how I function as an individual which propelled my achievement as a social worker. Martha genuinely desires to see those around her succeed. For those desiring a supervisor who individualizes services, Martha is the supervisor for you.

If you are a social worker you understand how important it is to have someone by your side who understands the real work. Well, that is Martha. I had the privilege of working and being supervised by Martha for most of my years in hospice care. Supervision is vital to a social worker's education, growth and continued reflection and Martha provides all of that during both group and individual sessions. I can without a doubt say that my supervisor led me through times I questioned the work and skills. Martha provided not only guidance but reflective reassurance when needed. I highly recommend Martha for both group and individual supervision in any area of practice.
