    I worked with Martha for majority of my supervision hours. Martha set the foundation on what an LCSW does especially in the medical/hospice setting.         If you are a social worker you understand how important it is to have someone by your side who understands the real work. Well, that is Martha. I had the privilege of working and being supervised by Martha for most of my years in hospice care.
